The EM Technician Lead must have an understanding of line operations, performs routine repairs and maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment throughout the plant to ensure optimum machine performance and minimize lost production time. The EMT Lead is accountable for PM, troubleshooting and repair of all line equipment. Using PLC experience, the EM Tech Lead diagnoses equipment malfunctions and troubleshoots, supports and provides assistance to all maintenance technicians and makes recommendations for process improvement.
